I just had my second cat fence installed today by Eric. Some extensive yard renovations destroyed the first fence, so we had to start from scratch. I contacted the first installer and tried to get them to do the installation, but I have yet to get a callback. I needed a fence for my cat due to our busy street, so a friend highly recommended The Dog Fencing System. I left a message online on their website and got a call within hours from Jessica. She checked out my property via Google, gave me a price, and had a date for installation, which was about four days from the day I called. Eric came out at 8:00 that morning as scheduled. He did a quick, beautiful installation job and went over some training for my cat, and it was just a great experience. He was timely, professional, and personable, just a nice guy. I had a plexi-dog door installed by Eric. My experience from our first visit to our last was nothing short of exceptional. Eric takes great pride in doing the job perfectly. His wife is also so professional and so very helpful. I could not be happier with this purchase or this company. I would highly recommend Eric from the Dog Fencing system. He did an awesome job installing the dog fence in the front and back of my yard and took the time to pull the wires through the sidewalk and driveway (others said they couldn’t) He was so patient training my dog the fence. Beginning with our initial consult, we knew that we were dealing with owners that truly care about their customers (and their furry companions.) The features and advantage's of the system were clearly explained to us with our quote, alongside answers to any additional questions that we had that weren't already answered by the substantial documentation provided. I have been very pleased using this company for my pet fencing needs over the past several years for two different dogs. The technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. They spend alot of time going over the training techniques on the fence with you and your dog to make sure that you feel comfortable. This company has gone above and beyond numerous times. They are prompt with answering the phone/text message and they go out of their way to meet customers needs. Truly the old fashioned way of doing business and a standard you do not see often in service related fields. First time I reached out to them I needed a new collar for our new dog. They sent me a new one and it wasn’t programmed to my old outdated fencing motherboard. They walked me through how to program it on the phone and via text message. Second time I reached out to them the same collar was malfunctioning. They returned my text promptly and I explained the issue. They told me they would send out a warranty replacement asap. We could not have been more please with our new fence system! Eric and Jessica were fantastic to work with and did a wonderful job of explaining everything, mapping things out, installing the system and then training our dog Bruster on it. Five stars are not enough. Jessica and Eric have gone out of their way many times to help us when we have questions or anything that can help us with our dogs’ collars. The one comes to mine. The most was last winter our 12-year-old black lab was wandering off from our yard. Please note that she was not a part of our electric fence system, but we used it mainly for our younger chocolate lab. The situation was difficult. Our black lab was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had several months to live, but we needed use of a dog collar for her for our own security. I brought this up to Jessica and she and Eric sent us a collar that we can use for our dying dog. They did not have to do that, but they did because they care about their customers human and canine. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, extremely responsive, professional; all around a pleasure to work with. I have been using them for a few years now with a few different dogs and anytime I have had a question or an issue (sprinkler installation cut the fence) they have responded almost immediately and been here to fix the issue with in a few days. It is rare for me to give reviews but it is warranted in this case. Eric installed my fence about 8 months ago and did a great job. What I want to praise is the customer service you get from Jessica and Eric. I became aware that my dog Reagan (POTUS #40) was going to close to the line with no response. I called Jessica and she performed some over the phone troubleshooting but we couldn’t resolve the problem. She scheduled for Eric to come out the next morning and he found the outside box had been hit by lightning. He replaced it and I am up and running. How many companies, knowing it’s a warranty issue, would schedule you a week out? Eric and Jessica run a successful business and you can see why!
