Doctor Tile Restoration (DTR) Treasure Coast

This is my second year in Vero Beach Florida. I bought a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse with 2.5 baths. The first year was spent getting furniture, decorating, window treatments and stocking the kitchen. The second year was the fine tuning year. My tile in the shower was loose and improperly grouted. The kitchen had two cracked tiles with filthy grout.

Like all savvy 68 year old widowers i searched google for tile repair/restoration. DTR had five stars with over 100 reviews. That is not easy to do. I contacted DTR. The process was so smooth. The owner came and give an estimate that was thorough, precise, and completely written on the estimate. His estimate was MUCH LOWER than i thought it would be. The scheduling was so easy with the appropriate email/messaging reminders.

The office called on the install day to give me an exact time their team would be here. It was on the button. The tile cleaning and grout rejuvenation was impeccable. The shower tile repair reflected the same professional results. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. My tile sparkles and the grout through out four areas is amazing.

In closing DTR tile is the only company I would recommend for repair and restoration. I believe one of the factors is that DTR is the epitome of a family business. Dad is the estimator, his son is one of the craftsman, and the mother, Natalie, is the CEO business manager. According to her son and husband she is the queen. Her orchestration of DTR is spot on and exceeded my expectations. Thank you DTR!
