My tile floors were mottled and the grout was discolored. No matter how much I scrubbed them they never looked clean so I had pretty much resigned myself to the nightmare of replacing them. I saw DTR’s ad and decided to give them a try ..The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and efficient and she made an appointment for TJ to come and give me an estimate he came on time and told me that they could make my floors, both tile and grout look much better. They arrived at the time they said they would they moved the furniture and area rugs. They do not use acid or strong solvents so there is no unpleasant odor and the result was incredible. It really looks like a new floor at a fraction of the cost. The tile is clean and the grout matches the tile and has been sealed to prevent it from becoming discolored. The whole house feels clean and fresh. I am so glad I decided to call DTR .

DTR did a great job replacing cracked tiles and ensuring loose tiles were secured. Grout lines were discolored because they were not sealed. DTR sealed every grout line and now my floors look great!
