Very professional, friendly, courteous. Arrived at time specified. Work completed as agreed. Any furniture, etc that needed to be moved was placed back properly. They wasted no time
and worked very diligently. Highly recommend.

Great experience start to finish. Responsive; promptly scheduled a quote and then the work. Excellent communication and confirmation reminders, showed up on time and were thorough and neat. They repaired tiles that were buckling up in two areas. We're very satisfied.

Tommy, the owner came to do quote for color sealing for grout. He is soooo friendly and personable. It came out beautifully 😍. The 2 guys were very friendly and professional. They explained how to care for floors after and provided some great helpful tips. I've already received compliments on how beautiful my floors look. I would use them again for sure.

Great experience from estimate to work being done. Communication every step of the way, each day explained the process as well as making made sure we understood what was being done and the plan moving forward. They were on time, efficient with their work and cleaned every step of the way. At the end of the job walked through the house with us to make sure we were satisfied or had any concerns before they left. The tile work looks amazing, grout looks amazing could not be happier. Will recommend them to anyone.

TJ and the people at DTR are fantastic. They quoted me, and made the repairs I needed within 7 days. I chose to have them clean, color, and seal my grout as well, it came out beautifully. It honestly doesn't even look like the same floor. I am beyond satisfied with their work, the cost of their services, and the amazing customer service. TJ was knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. We had asked about tile replacement but had very few spares so we very much appreciated the alternative suggestions that Tommy made for the cracks in our Stone tile to avoid replacement and Kevin did a great job on repairing our loose tile. He explained all that he was doing and also did all the cleanup.
