They are consistent in arrival time. They send reminders, but not excessively, which allows me to prepare. They are not always thorough with their dusting and floor care, but I am overall pleased and will continue to use them.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I need to share how amazing this team is. My husband and I work well over 40 hrs a week while going to grad school, and we couldn’t keep up with the house without fighting over what needed cleaned (let alone have time to do it). I had a spring cleaning scheduled for while we were at work and I came home to what looks like a brand new house. I can’t even imagine how hard the team worked, but I can say that their work was amazing. I was so impressed I called and asked to move basic cleanings more frequently. HIGHLY recommend.

I love DK’s Dustbusters. I recently had surgery and was unable to get around enough to clean. DK to the rescue! For the two months I was down, they came and cleaned once a week, which helped me not only keep the house clean but also keep my sanity. I already knew the quality of service I was getting, as I had used DK during a summer of madness once before, and I was not disappointed. Among the many good things I could say, here are the best: timeliness- the ladies always arrived promptly within the window (cable companies should take a lesson from them!), value, supervision - (at any point and time the supervisor may walk through to see how the clean is going)and the quality of the clean. But most of all is the flexibility they have in working with your schedule - they came when I needed them, and there was no pressure when my need had ended. Love this local company!

I selected DK Dustbusters because it seemed to combine two important things: local ownership but also professionally put together. The owner was also kind enough to allow us to customize exactly what we did and didn’t need cleaned. The cleaners were polite and efficient. Each family member could tell when we arrived home how sparkling the house looked - right down to the baseboards! The house had a very pleasant “clean” scent-not like cleaning products or artificial. We look forward to continuing our cleaning service with this company in the future!

I am never disappointed when they come clean my house. As a new mom of two it is very helpful and takes a big load off my busy schedule. Everyone is polite and friendly.

I had my 3rd baby back in December and since then Sarah has been cleaning our home for us. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She goes above and beyond and is very patient (and entertains) my toddler lol. I’ve never had a complaint in the last 7 months nor can I imagine my life without her help! The entire staff are super friendly and attentive as well. Being that I worked in this business before I had my little ones, I believe that DK Dustbusters is an excellent company with employees who strive for greatness! Thank y’all for everything!
