Very professional great quick job experienced sales team worked great with my insurance company

We had some wind damage to our roof recently. I had used D. K. Mason previously for another repair and they did a great job so I called them again. They responded quickly and professionally. The price was fair also. Even though I didn’t need the whole roof replaced now, when I do, I’ll be calling D. K. Mason Roofing.

I highly recommend this company, they are very professional, trustworthy and they go above and beyond for their customers!!

After searching for over a year to find a contractor to build a pergola for my back yard, I contacted DK Mason, as I noticed they offered construction services as well as roofing. Within hours, I had a response. Shortly after, I had a beautiful pergola, to provide shade and privacy in my backyard. I had seen a picture of one I loved on Pinterest and he easily replicated it, with a suggestion or two of his own, which worked out great! Throughout the process, I was kept up to date. I would recommend them without hesitation!

DK Mason answered all 892 questions I had. A roof and gutters is a really big purchase and I didn’t want to make a mistake. I didn’t, his guys were wonderful and he worked with our timeline and never complained. I recommend 100 times over again to anyone!

Doing work now for a friend and already a super job! Met one of the employees and they were very informative and pleasant! These guys give attention to detail as this customer and customers home speaks volume!

Update: The cracks in the top masonry of the chimney have been sealed. We will seal the whole chimney if that doesn't work. A smaller chimney has been capped. My confidence is restored with the 5 stars. I would use them again!

Update: D. Mason believes the chimney needs a cap and the bricks might need sealing. We will try a new cap first. He has been out of town is why he didn't call me sooner himself.

I will continue to post the process of this being resolved, as service is just as important as the roof itself.

Any company can install a new roof. The company that gives you good service is the one to use. So far I am pleased with the service of this company after this last conversation...if the chimney leak gets fixed soon!! I'll let you know and restore my five star review if all goes well.

Mr Mason replaced my roof with galvanized steel roof and he replaced my windows with argon gas insulated Windows. His work is excellent. I can not imagine hiring any other construction contractor to perform work on my 108 years old home. Edit: tree fell on my house and they were out there faster than I would have ever imagined to fix the hole in my roof before my house flooded. Darren worked so well with my insurance adjuster and helped make the process easier.Thanks!

Great service! They were able to fix our roof the same day they came out to assess the damage. Also gave us a heads up on when and how much a new roof will cost. Very affordable and high quality work. Will definitely be calling them back when it comes time to replace the roof!
