DK Mason and roofing offered excellent service and helped me along through the whole process. I had damage from Helene and they dealt with the Insurance Co and helped me understand everything. They are a great company to deal with. I will definitely call them in the future if I need anything done.

This is the 3rd time using DK Mason for our roof work. 1st time was roof and the past 2 times were for gutter guard installation. Frank did an excellent job with the gutter guards. He originally installed the first set years ago; just wanted more now.

They were responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Made everything easy on our end and finished the job in a day! Would recommend to anyone.

Professional. On time and show up when they were scheduled. Good communication. Only negative is calls were from numbers not showing on caller id as being from the company. One was from California which I almost did not answer. Be more transparent as to who is calling. I typically reject calls from numbers I'm not expecting.

Great friendly service! Pleased that Darren diagnosed my problem and his capable guy fixed it quickly. He also found another small problem, repaired that, and even cleaned my other gutters without me even asking him to!

I got several estimates before I decided on using DK Mason roofing. I knew the roof was in very bad shape and needed it replaced. They didn’t use high-pressure tactics, or scare me into believing that it was worse than I expected. Neil set my mind at ease, said that it would make it til my budgeted timeline but if I had any problems before to just give them a call. Guiding me through the material and color choices, giving honest feedback, being patient and reassuring me when I second guessed my decisions(I’m very happy with how it turned out)
My roof was completely replaced, got new gutters with an additional downspout and updated the gable to complete the look I wanted …all within my budget.
I love that they are local too! I will definitely use them for other projects in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.

I called and talked to Colin. He said he could come over the same day. Him and a coworker were there there in about an hour. They provided me with the part and showed me how to piece everything together. This was for a gutter installation that I was going to do myself. There were a lot of tips and other aspects that I was clueless about. The job would have been a failure without them. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help until they felt I was capable of doing a good job. I would definitely use their services and recommend them to others.

DK Mason Roofing was great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. My only negative part of the experience was not being consulted about an extra $500 material that was needed to complete our job. We were out of the country at the time , so not sure if things would have been handled differently if we were at home.
