DK Mason Roofing was great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. My only negative part of the experience was not being consulted about an extra $500 material that was needed to complete our job. We were out of the country at the time , so not sure if things would have been handled differently if we were at home.

Their business representative, Neal Craig was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient, with answering our questions about roofing options for a home and toolshed. Mr. Craig followed up when he said he would, explained the options in layman's terms, and offered suggestions in support of the remodel color palette we preferred. Next, their scheduling representative, Colin, was also courteous, and worked with our out-of-state itinerary to set the work around our availability. Finally, their financial administrator, Elizabeth, was precise and responsive to our request for details regarding the service warranty.
The roofing work was performed in a very professional manner, and the cleanup was very thorough. We did not find any evidence in the yard...

The Mason crew, Jeff and company, did a very fine job for us recently, re-roofing an older home. The job was done efficiently and neatly by a very hard-working crew that started work before daylight, so it won't be St. Nick hammering up there in the dark.

First of all, the quote I was given was more than reasonable. John G. Is an excellent sales rep whom educated me about the roofing industry in the beginning of the quoting process. I have a brand new roof on my home and detached garage. My roof was completed in 12 hours, same day. The actual roofers were polite and meticulous. I highly recommend DK Roofing.
