Brittany was helpful I’m traveling during this pandemic as a nurse else was accommodating to my busy schedule was on time for our call respecting my time. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions appropriately to ensure I had an understanding of services provided. My only concern was call took longer than expected due to no fault of her but the Internet on her end kept giving us moments of silence where the call was subsequently hung up and she had to call me back to get restarted.
