Discovery Inspections, LLC

Being new to Georgia and Fayetteville in particular I was like a duck out of water. I was referred to Discovery Inspections by my agent. The process was unbelievably simple and the customer service I was met with was beyond my expectations. On the day of the inspection Aaron Ferrell arrived exactly on time. He was extremely friendly and professional. Right away he put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. Straight away we began the inspection and at every step he pointed out his findings. He was also very generous with his recommendations for items the builder may want to correct that were not part of the actual inspection.

Since this is not my first new construction purchase I am familiar with the technical side of things. All of the items and issues he pointed out were spot-on. He even pointed out some of the steps the contractor took to complete the build that resulted in items that needed to be corrected.

Aaron had all of the tools he needed to conduct the interview - even an RC controlled drone to get a bird's eye view of the roof and property. I was impressed by this as new-school technology is a mystery to me.

I strongly recommend Discovery Inspections. You could not do better. And if Aaron is your inspector you're in great shape.
