I called about replacement of a broken iPhone screen. I brought my phone in the same day and it was repaired within an hour. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will go back for a screen protector as well!

Matt and his staff are top notch. They are not only extremely friendly from the moment you enter they are very knowledgeable .
The team complements each other well, each seems to have a certain strong point that makes them a great team to work with.
They are also able to explain problems so that the dummies can understand.

I had a broken android phone and I took it in and met with Adam. And he kept it for a while and he was going to try to repair it for me. But we both came to the conclusion that it was not going to be cost-effective. He showed me some of his pre-owned phones and we decided that I would trade mine in and buy a working phone. He was most helpful and helped me to come to a happy conclusion in a difficult situation
