They fixed my daughter’s macbook pro even after I took it to two different place, including the apple store and they couldn’t fix it and didn’t know what the problem was. I have One Plus X. Unfortunately glass was broken and searching for LCD replacement due to unavailability i have ordered only glass... Verified many shops but nobody take it for Glass only repair. Digital Doc fixed an ongoing battery issue on my Sprint Galaxy S7.
I had gone to another store previously to replace the battery. The first one went bad. It was replaced again.
A few months pass and the same issued arose.
I took it to Matt's store to try replacing the battery a 3rd time. (1st time at his store)
The battery didn't do well. Matt had me bring it back to try a battery from another vendor for no charge. It is working like new again. I was concerned it was an issue with the phone. I am glad Matt and his techs were able to fix the issue and not try to just pass it off as a bad phone or board issue.

Brought in my ibuypower gaming laptop for a clean up - of both the hard drive and the physical computer itself. I was having problems with overheating causing fps drops and stuttering while gaming. Got my computer back 24 hours later and it runs and looks brand spankin’ new. So ridiculously pleased with the service. Crazy affordable. Would definitely recommend and return!

Had a screen broken on a laptop. The one in town closed so I decided to look elsewhere. Other repair services were astronomical compared to the price I was quoted from DD. I initially call3d and stated that the closest was 30 to 45 minutes away. I admit I'm not a patient driver. They offered to meet to pick up my unit and also for the return. Hope they open again in a more accessible area for Illinois residents.
