Digital Doc came to the rescue! I'd been having issues with my Sony camera. Because of its age, I can't find anyone else in St. Louis who will even look at it. Digital Doc did a great job at a great price. They genuinely care about taking care of the customer. I highly recommend this company!

Great service by the Chesterfield Digital Docs location. Went in for an evaluation of my existing laptop top vs. buying a new one at a club store. They advised I would spend almost as much upgrading my existing PC as buying new, even tho they’d lose the sale. Appreciate their honesty, which is why I keep going back to them for technology problems I can’t fix!

After taking my computer to our local computer repair shop I was told that my hard-drive was shot and I couldn't retrieve any data or pictures off my computer. The shop tried to talk me into spending hundreds to rebuild my hard-drive. I declined and took my computer home.

A friend of mine suggested Digital Doc and said the can work on almost anything! I took my computer in to their team and within a day I received a call that my computers data was recovered and to top it off my computer was back up and running too!!!
