DigitalDoc is fantastic! I went to BestBuy because my keyboard wasn’t working, they informed me to order a replacement keyboard. Upon arrival of keyboard they said they actually couldn’t replace it because they weren’t proper equipped. Immediately I came to DigitalDoc and they looked inside my computer and fixed the problem, without having to replace my keyboard. I love DigitalDoc and the technicians they have!

The two Matts and the rest of the staff are the best at Digital Doc. If it is electronic, it is the only place I go for repair or tune ups. I have given them things that I consider unfixable, and they fix them. I would recommend Digital Doc to anyone that needs to keep stuff up and running.

They resurrected my phone. An authorized Samsung dealer wasn't able to fix. Matt and his team stayed with it until they figured it out. I was beyond happy...not having to get a new phone and saving all my contacts and pics. Obviously I highly recommend them.

My phone was fixed fast (barely had time to eat lunch!) and looks perfect. Affordable and reliable. Couldn’t ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a repair.
