They give quick service and are very friendly. I feel like I’m an getting a fair deal with them.

Went to drop off my phone for diagnosing and While I was there, Matt tested to see what the problem was. He then repaired it on the spot!!! I didn’t expect that at all!
In less than a half hour he had it fixed and like new again!!!
I’ve known Matt all his life and he is an outstanding person... he knows his stuff.....

Had to get a 30 pin cable connector replaced on my motherboard (micro-solder). They took care of me with their well connected affiliates.

The Digital Doc in Chesterfield provided great service on one of my Macs recently. I knew they were busy and might get to it in a week or so. I was good with that, but they called me 3 days later and told me it was repaired. The service was great, and they were quick, and responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Digital Doc to anyone needing their computer or other digital devices serviced.

The touchscreen on my iPad stopped working. I tried fixing it on my own watching a YouTube tutorial and made it worse! I went to Digital Doc, first time customer, and they were polite and courteous and repaired my iPad within 2 days. I will definitely use them again.

As a Senior, I tried to fix my phone but I made it worse!!! So who do you call when you can’t fix your phone???! Digital Doc!! I actually deleted my iCloud but Matt researched the problem and had it fixed in about 20 minutes!! I received excellent service from professional people!!!
