I have always hated going to the dentist/orthodontist but coming here has changed my mind. Dr. Tanner and his staff are so kind and friendly and make visiting enjoyable not dreadful. I so appreciate them!!

4 family members have had treatment and 1 left to go. Staff is very accommodating with scheduling appointments. The orthodontist are very exceptional. My oldest had to have extra teeth pulled and others moved to accommodate a malformed tooth. They had their work cut out for them but we successful.

Such a great office! The drs and staff are always so friendly and treatment for my child was right on schedule. Maybe even finished a little early. I would recommended this office for anyone looking for a great place for their children. They really make the whole getting braces a wonderful experience. I’m excited to get my second child started with his treatment when he’s ready.

Took 2 years but I finally got a decent smile!

When i was going to get braces I thought that it would take a long time to brush my teeth and it would hurt when i press down to clean it. But later on i got used to it and it didn't hurt any more if i drank cold water ot take some kind of medicne. I'm kind of glad I got braces so now i can do the same things like practicing my instrument or eating my regular food, but in a different way. Thank you for helping me learn about new possiblities.

This clinic have awesome staff working with Dr. Tanner. Definitely recommend this place. They are great with kids. My kids apprehension were quickly gone and warm up with the staff's personality. :)

Where do I start?!! The office is amazing! Upon entering, you are greeted by the friendliest staff! They always have a smile on their face and a kind word to say. The office is very warm and welcoming. The energy is positive, and to make patients (and family members!) comfortable, there are snacks, movies, and a Kerug Machine! Monthly contests, as well as the Annual Patient Appreciation Party, makes this office the BEST IN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY!!! When my children are done with treatment, I'm still gonna stop by to say Hi!!

I was completely skeptical when I heard so many of my friends raving about going to Tanner and Riechold -- I mean who really LOVES their Ortho, right?! Turns out, we're now just as crazy about them as everyone else. They have thought out everything there -- yeah, prizes and such, but more than that -- their service is spectacular -- with great communication, and an entire staff filled with enthusiasm -- they clearly all love their jobs. It's refreshing to see in our society! I also love that they focus on continually giving back to the community with clothing or toy drives. We love, love LOVE them!

The practice of Drs. Tanner and Reichhold is one of the best run doctor offices I have ever encountered. I especially appreciate, that our time is appreciated and valued, and all appointments are on time (as scheduled!) and any emergency appointments as accommodated as needed. We have gone through 3 patients and sets of braces in this practice, and each time we experienced the same quality of service. All of the office staff is knowledgeable, always helpful and professional, and we all enjoy our picture perfect teeth!
