This place is great, I’ve been going here for 7 years and it’s been awesome!

Exceptional care, great staff and wonderful experience. My son was a tough case and they created a care plan that has given him a fantastic and healthy smile!

Mt. Diablo came highly recommended by several different sources. Our experience has exceeded our expectations! We have been impressed with the clear and timely communication with the office staff, the ease of finding appointment times that work for our schedule, exceptional detail and quality of orthodontic work, and the timeliness of the appointments. They do a great job of keeping things on time (no wasted time in the waiting room!) and the staff is kind and friendly. Pricing also seems appropriate — we all know it’s an investment, but it’s not over the top. :-)

We have been going to Tanner & Reichold for over 7 years. We went in for a consult with my three year old who had a horrible bite. I knew by the look on Dr. Reichold's face that it was way too soon for us to be coming in and that I was probably completely overreacting , but he was so kind and patient. He suggested I take away the pacifier and return in a year. Well, of course I did and he was absolutely right. We have been coming in ever since. We love the staff, the atmosphere and everything about the office. My daughter is in the middle of phase 1 treatment. She was so terrified of the whole process, but everyone was so kind, but firm with her and made sure everything has gone well. They continue to work with my older boys to monitor them for treatment as needed. We are moving up North and we will continue to come back to Concord to receive treatment - they are that...

Best ortho ever they are the sweetest staff. every time there was a Problem they were so supportive. I broke my wires when I first got my braces and they fixed them and told me how to stop that from happening. I am getting my braces off today and going to the next phase. I am excited. Thank you! I have been attending Mt Diablo Ortho since fifth grade when I first got my braces. I’m Now in 10th grade with Invisalign still attending. Mt Diablo Is such a friendly environment for all ages of people. They are so fun!!!

Mt. Diablo Orthodontist goes above and beyond. All three of my daughters have done Invisalign at the office, great customer service. Highly recommend.

This ortho office is above and beyond. The staff is happy and it’s always great being in the office. We went to our first patient appreciation event today and the generosity and warmth was so nice to experience. It’s the icing on the cake to the amazing smiles my kids now have because of them.

I’m more than half way through my treatment & I’ve enjoyed every visit! I started my treatment at age 20 & felt a little uncomfortable with the thought of getting braces at a later age than normal, but all the staff have made the process so easy & comfortable. It’s been so cool seeing my teeth change over the last few months, I’m so very excited for my end result! The pain will be so worth it!! Every time I walk into the office the staff are uplifting & caring. I always recommend this office when others ask about my ortho journey. Although I’m excited for my braces to come off & my treatment to be finished, I’m sad to think about leaving!

We absolutely love it here. The staff is so friendly and kind! They always explain things and show my child how to take care of everything on her own. Appointments are a breeze to make and have always fitted us in when we needed it.
