The condo market in Calgary is... less than ideal, and I was nervous about listing. But with Dezin’s help we sold in less than 3 weeks!! My sister also used them and her house sold in ONE week. Great experience over all with this company. When Dezin realized who the owner of the house is, they wanted right away to do the staging. Their quote wasn't the cheapest in the beginning and so I looked around for few more companies.
The owner of the house never asked for anything but still, Dezin provided their personalized approach by lowering their cost, to win the business. In the end, their service was exceptional. Their inventory was great, the quality of their materials were also top of the line, and the design was phenomenal. Good job team for making my boss' house sold in such a short time.

Great experience with the Dezin team. Needed to stage my condo for sale because of the high inventory of condos in the area. Furniture provided was high end, very beautiful and catered to the demographic of the area. It made my condo look like a true show suite, which encouraged viewings. Art pieces, positioning, decorations were all perfect.
The Dezin team was also exceptionally responsive. I was able to get arrange for everything into the property quickly and out quickly. Would definitely use them again if I were selling another condo.

Very professional and the staging looked phenomenonal. We received multiple offers on an older house within a week of being on the market. The services were fairly expensive but well worth it and the staff was very professional and well organized.
