The entire process was amazing from the first phone call. I spoke with a rep named Lety and she was amazing. Then I had a call before service and two service techs name Jenny and Olga came. They were amazing. I was not home the entire time and the process was amazing. The home was cleaned so great! It was a treat for my wife who is super picky about cleaning services. Will book again and probably go to twice a month services.

I was WOW’d by Olga. She was very efficient and stayed until she got the job done. I was initially concerned because she was working alone. And the other cleaning services I’ve used had 2 ppl come out for a deep cleaning. Needless to say Olga did a job 2 ppl and many cleaning services was unable to do. I’m very pleased. Anayeli and Ignacio were very friendly and did a great job. I brought up a couple questionable items on final punch and they immediately address the concern. Their cleaning products were not over powering and just left a nice clean smell.

I have had five cleans now and will continue to have Detail Clean be my service of choice. Sara is so thorough and is always on time.
