This was a great customer service experience from beginning to end. Luis was professional and polite discussing the service requested on initial phone contact. I requested regular service because of this call. I like that they make it easy to do business. It is excellent that the same person (Luz) will complete regular service. She is polite, professional, and timely. After the service, my house felt wonderful. Happy with my choice.

It was getting harder for me to thoroughly clean the house as I should, and I was nervous about spending the money on hiring someone else to clean it. I am no longer nervous as it is worth every dollar! The individual who cleaned our house did a wonderful job. She showed up on time and worked incredibly hard on a deep clean of the house. After a long day at work, it was nice to come home knowing I would not have to clean.

Jenifer did a great job deep cleaning our home. She was very thorough and double checked with us after each floor was done to make sure that we were satisfied. If there were any spots left over, she went back and cleaned to our satisfaction. She also wore a mask during the entire four hour session and followed all covid protocols. Our house feels brand new again thanks to Jenifer!
