This was my first clean so there were a few initial bumps. Initial communication with office was rough and could use from improvement to ensure that the cleaning team has all the information communicated to them about the building location, how to gain access, and where to park. If you live in an apartment building or somewhere with secured access and limited parking, I recommend you offer to text them instructions to add, rather than giving that info over the phone. Additionally, the automatic 'on the way' notification failed so timing was a surprise. But I expect that to be a one time thing and followup from the dispatch person was apologetic and professional. My experience with Detail Cleaning Service was just that - 5 star from start to finish!
I was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly by phone and in speaking with Daniel and he was super thorough in asking specific questions to deliver a custom cleaning experience.
