Only one cleaning so far, but happy with results. She was attentive and detailed. For those sensitive to smells, there were no harsh cleaning smells when I came home. I actually love the mega cleaning smells, so they’ve added that to my notes and next time I’ll come home to mega cleaning smells. This is just one example of the great communication so far. The team followed up to ask my likes or dislikes, is attentive to questions, and follows back with helpful answers.
