Desert Luxury Pool is absolutely THE BEST POOL SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY! I have owned four pools since moving to Palm Springs in 2017 and changed three pools to salt water systems. I’ve worked with various services, larger and small, some that already came with the houses as a group of service providers from previous owners. My swimming pool water is of highest importance to me as I do my own aqua Pilates for my own fitness and I give and teach others water therapeutics focused on mobility issues,. My pool water is heated when I’m doing sessions and I need it sanitized but only with the smallest amounts of sanitizer as health of my client’s and my own skin is of utmost importance—- I also sing in my pool often and give floating sound bath experiences with sound bowls. I had to terminate service with my previous company because of extremely poor service. My pump had completely stopped running at that point and the pool was full of algae. I didn’t know where to start but so many great google reviews lead me to DLP. Right off the bat they were extremely professional with phone communications and setting up service. On the first visit they got the pump running, adjusted the chemicals and the algae was gone by the end of the week - all at no extra charge! Ever since that visit, Art Blanco has been my regular service tech and my pool has NEVER been so clean and inviting! He’s never a minute late and the emailed pool status reports are a bonus I was never expecting. I can't say enough about Desert Luxury Pools! It's way more than cleaning, it's care and maintenance but above all, the professionalism and communication I recieve is beyond any other pool/spa service I've had.
The office manager Lauren always greets me by name when I call or when something needs to be done and communicated, she makes sure it happens. She is always so kind, responsive and never makes me feel like I am asking for too much.
Rob is the main technician who performs my weekly service and always brings my pool back to looking crystal clear. (Even when there's been heavy usage in these summer months) The cleaning/maintenece reports after each service are always such a help to determine what next steps are needed (if any) and a great line of communication as I am Not at the property Full time.

We want to thank Tommy for being so very thorough and cleaning and caring for our pool. One weekend we were gone and he came on Friday and realized we had left our barbecue grill on and he called me. Had he not been very observant our grill could have burned up and no telling what would’ve happened.
He has also come over to help get the leaves out of the pool a day early because my husband had a broken wrist and couldn’t clean it.

I have been using Desert Luxury Pools since March 2024. Tommy has been very polite and punctual. He is keeping our pool very clean. We use our pool frequently during summer and it always feels nice that pool is clean and ready to jump-in. I always gets weekly email report of our pool chemical status and a photo of the pool.
