They came out quickly on Saturday. Fixed the problem. I thought $375 was steep for 20 minute labor and 6" of copper tubing ($1,125/hr.)

Miguel assessed my situation and helped me find a replacement toilet from Home Depot which saved me a lot of money. Not all companies would do that and I certainly appreciated it. He was able to return the same day to install the new unit. He is friendly, personable and efficient and I believe he is a real asset to your company. Another great job by the Deer Valley experts! Today was an all-day appointment to install a new tankless hot water system. Remington was awesome as usual, and he brought along Jared White for his specific expertise in tankless systems. Jared was very courteous, answered all my questions, and both he and Remington walked me through how the system works and what work they performed for the installation. It seemed the two of them worked very well together, and it was obvious they are proud of their work.

Leo, did a fast, smooth, and PROFESSIONAL job, for us. He showed up, checked on what we needed, and went to get the part needed, in a timely manner Completed the repair, and was pleasent, to talk with. The shower fixture, opperates like new! Remington was amazing, very friendly and professional. He removed and installed a new toilet. When I had to shop for a new toilet he was kind enough to provide recommendations. When installing, he provided me some education on what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. Highly recommend deer valley plumbing!

12/22/23 Remington came out once again to help me this time with my shower. The cartridge was stuck and anyone else would have told me a new valve was needed but he was persistent and able to get the job done and save me over $600. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and the education he provided me! Thank you so much Remington, you’re the best!
