This was my first time using Deer Valley Plumbing and they were amazing! Remington was easy to talk to and very open and honest about everything. Likes to share his findings and knowledge which I appreciated. Had a few things to be done and one thing ended up turning into a big issue unfortunately. Everyone treated me great and moved quickly to get things prepped and a temporary water line ran for me. Martin came and jumped in. He had just about all the trenches dug and prep work completed on Friday so the new pipe could be laid Monday. Everyone was friendly and had great personalities. I always knew what was going on. They were really good at updating me and telling me what the next steps were. I would definitely recommend!

My technician was exactly on time and did an absolutely amazing job. Including an hour parts run due to living in Buckeye and not having a local supplier warehouse, he was still able to remove the old water heater and install the new one in just under 3 hours.
Price was a little on the steep side but I am not an experienced plumber so I know I’m also paying for their knowledge as well. In the end the job is done and the technician was very informative as he was doing the work.
I appreciated the quick same day response and professionalism they provided.
