Remington and Ethan arrived a few minutes early which allowed them to check the work location and still turn off the water main on time. They are both very professional and friendly. They were able to finish early and were very thorough checking that everything worked as expected. They provided exceptional customer service. When I need service again I'm asking for them. Thank you, you're the best!

This company exceeded my expectations with prompt attention to get me a late-day appt for a semi-urgent issue within 48hrs. They accommodated my late day schedule needs even without an additional late day fee as they apparently are staffed into the early evening (Amazing)! The plumber Jared, and his partner arrived right on time, quickly identified my problem, clearly explained my options with estimates, and completed the job promptly after cleaning up their work area.

Martin did an amazing job. He was very polite and friendly. He listened to all my concerns and what was going on. He then made a plan of action and was able to make repairs fast. We need more work then what we could do today. But, I assure you that I will be calling Deer Valley Plumbing for the repairs. I will be requesting Martin to be the technician that comes back out. Side note: this was an emergency call. They listened and understood the situation and were able to get us in almost immediately. Thank you Martin and Deer Valley Plumbing for excellent service.

I had a great experience for an emergency plumbing issue. Deer Valley sent out Owen and Ethan on a Saturday to repair a significant leak that had left the household with the water turned off. They were very professional and knowledgeable from the start and charged a reasonable amount. They took extra time to make sure the job was done well and we're communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Professional and excellent service

Despite 106 degree weather, Martin and Ethan worked approximately 6 hours to remove my old water heater and install my new hybrid water heater in my garage. They kept their professional and upbeat attitude throughout.
