I have used Deer Valley Plumbing for years, their prompt and professional customer service is very welcoming, especially in today’s times were that seems to be a forgotten past. Max in operations was truly concerned with good customer service, had great follow up and wanted to ensure we had great customer service. Furthermore, their Tech, Adrian took complete pride in his work, “again something you just don’t see anymore” and it was an honor to have him work on our home, he treated the work as his own.

As a contractor myself and a home owner, they will definitely be my first call!!!

Everytime I need a plumber I call and speak to the knowledgeable staff at Deer Valley Plumbing. Invariably when I explain the issue we are experiencing, their service manager knows exactly the problem and solution. Not only that, but they are prompt, they let me know who will be coming with a picture so I don't have to guess if the person at the door is my service person or not, and they are always kind and courteous. They always properly diagnose (usually before they even get here!) and quickly fix my problem. Deer Valley plumbers are the best in town!

I contacted Deer Valley Plumbing to resolve some inspection issues prior to closing on the sale of our house. I call them mid morning and by 1:30 pm there was a technician here. Deer Valley text me with a picture of the technician and approx arrival time. Eric did an excellent job in fixing each issue on the inspection report. Eric was friendly, professional and performed a thorough job in making sure every thing was up to Code. He also took pictures and provided a summary. I highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing. We were apprehensive using a company we were unfamiliar with. Joe J. with Deer Valley Plumbing arrived on time and immediately began his analysis after listening to our concerns with our plumbing issue. He then explained exactly what was needed, offered pricing and upon our approval began the repairs. He was done in a timely manner, explained, in detail, exactly what he did, completed a "double check" to make sure there were no unseen problems and we must say he really exceeded our expectations. We will call Deer Valley Plumbing for any future work and will be promoting them to friends and family.

I had Deer Valley Plumbing come out to do a yearly maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. The technician was very professional and he did a great job. I will definitely use dear Valley Plumbing again in the future for any plumbing repairs that I need done.

He had to return when a leak developed and immediately stated that his company would replace at no cost the toilet tank; the seal had been too tightly adjusted. We also found Max , the scheduler, quite kind and accommodating. Deer Valley is my number one plumbing company.
