Ethan came out because a guest we had broke our garbage disposal. The sink wasn't draining. He looked at the unit for a little bit and told us we had to replace the entire unit. We said okay, and he said he recommended Insinkerator vs what we had. I asked him what we had, and it was an insinkerator... My red flags instantly go off.

My husband tells him we want a unit that is quiet because that's why we got the one we did about 1.5 years ago. He then said he had to call this supplier to find the unit. We ask about home depot, and he said he absolutely does not recommend them because the supplier makes the units they sell cheaper like using plastic instead of metal, so they don't last. Another red flag.

He goes out to the truck and then comes back with a quote, tells us the unit needs to be special ordered, and for the unit...

2nd visit - removed old and installed new toilet

Max was great! He had so much patience and professionalism. I asked tons of questions and he never lost his "cool" even in this horrible heat. He did an amazing fast job installing our new water heater and you couldn't even tell he had been there. The garage was perfectly clean. Deer Valley Plumbing always sends the best technicians and just as important, the nicest people out. Plus Max was there and took care of it right away. It might even have been the same day.

We had a leak from the ceiling and Remington came out to fix a leaky pipe. He is honest and competent. We had him look at other smaller issues around the house and he was very patient in explaining every plumbing related issue. We are very thrilled with his service.

I had Remington come over to my place for a pipe leak that put a hole in my ceiling. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Even did a whole tour of my house to address the 101 other weird little questions that were clearly below his pay grade but he was so willing and so helpful. Will 100% love to have him back for future plumbing issues.
