Remington was helpful in explaining the problem and knowledgeable about repair options. He worked quickly and was very thorough to get the issue fixed and insure system functioned properly when finished. Office staff were very helpful and quick to respond with info needed.

Deer Valley Plumbing sent out Remington K. to fix my shower drain. He was very nice & explained to me what the problem was. As well as being knowledgeable he was very friendly. I asked him to take a look at a stool that needed fixed but I couldn't do it today. He took the time to look at it & told me what needed to be done & gave me a bid. I would certainly recommend Remington to family or friends.

I'll be using this company exclusively for pumbling from now on. 5 stars across the board. I was helped by Jared Wo, who arrived in a timely fashion, quoted the work, and completed it immediately. No upsale. No trying to sell me on a shower remodel or plumbing redesign, just the work I asked for. Thank you guys, seriously, my master bathroom has been decommissioned for weeks now because other companies were quoting me a ton for what amounted to a single copper pipe repair.

We had scheduled online which was super convenient. We had a technician come out during the promised time. The technician was honest and walked us through our options. When the job was complete he showed all the completed work that was done with excellence!

Showed within window given, same day service, wore booties and was friendly, was direct and clear in communication of issue and recommended me an option I hadn't considered when I called them saved me money and kept me from replacing a perfectly good garbage disposal. Very good and will use next time I need. Wonderful plumber. Update: called a cheap rooter for a different issue, was a mistake rooter ranger wanted 10k, deer valley came and cleared p trap in kitchen saved a bundle. I had a really great experience with deer Valley plumbing one of my sewer pipes was crushed and needed to be replaced. The team that came was courteous and worked very hard.

Luis also came today and did a full assessment of my home and my plumbing needs. He was extremely courteous and did an amazing job. I really trust him.

I Highly Recommend Remington K/Deer Valley Plumbing as he was very knowledgeable and professional when he unclog a Toilet at one of our Short Term Rentals. Even showed me where the Cleanouts were and gave me some recommendations on swapping out a toilet in the future.

Rem and Miguel came to do a home inspection and flush our water heater as part of our membership. Excellent communication before arrival and when here, did an extremely thorough job. Explained what they were looking at and took the time to ask if we had any problems while doing the inspection. Very considerate and wore little “booties” when entering the house so as not to get the floor dirty. These guys were awesome, the reason we’ll be coming back.
