Bryant, Jarod, David & Brandon did an excellent job on solving our plumbing problems. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, friendly & picked up after themselves. Bryant explained everything they were going to do & did throughly which was appreciated. They were always on time as well & came prepared.

We own a 40+ year old home and many pipes have failed over time. We have a Smart Bucks membership through Deer Valley Plumbing and it has been worth it. This time after a higher than usual water bill, Max, David and Ethan determined that we had an underground leak to the pool. Ethan made a sincere effort to limit the destruction. After a bit of cool deck removal, the source of the leak was rectified by a replacement of piping with an on/off valve. We are always pleased with the service from DVP. They try to schedule you quickly, send texts and reminders, alerts when they are on the way and do quick online billing. The guys they send out are professional and nice.

Call to get one thing repaired but ended up getting something that to me was more of urgent repair and the tech did a very good job explaining and giving cost conscious options. There's a reason why I remembered to call this after last communicating with them for pricing over 2 years ago. Thank you for your help.

I appreciate Brian’s communication during the process. The office staff were also very helpful and friendly. Don’t let the young age or number of years experience fool you! I’ve had three young men out for a few different jobs and they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Obviously, well trained not only in the trade of plumbing, but very well mannered, respectful, well kempt.
Don’t waste your money on the pitch, “years of experience” with a .lesser quote. You’ll get gouged in the end and have a potential bigger problem that will still need attention. While there bids are seemingly on the high side, you pay once and get the job done, without issue.

Jared was professional, efficient and neat. Friendly and honest. I could not a for a better technician. Also Bryant was another technician who came to do the repairs. They both were on time courteous and experts at what they did. We could not ask for any better service. We would have them do any service in our home . Thank you gentlemen. Deer Valley Plumbing and all those we interacted with: David the Residential Services Mngr, the Technicians ( Branden R, Ethan H, Martin h, and Shelby who answered our calls, all went above and beyond in their work and customer service. They are professional, had excellent communication with us, were clean and cleaned up after the work was complete, worked hard every minute they were there and stayed late to complete tasks. I highly recommend this company! For a situation that was upsetting for us, they provided the best experience we could have had. I should add that this all happened over the holidays and there was no delay in service.

We had a dire situation at our home; we didn’t have any water in the bathrooms, the laundry sink or the clothes washer. Our kitchen sink had water. My husband called Deer Valley Plumbing and after some tests over the phone, the water softener was suspected. They were so busy (weeks out) but they scheduled us for 2 days later since it was an emergency with no water except in the kitchen.

Their tech Jared Wo came out and after talking with him for less than 5 minutes, my husband and I knew we had a very knowledgeable tech to see what was wrong. Jared was professional yet friendly, he did his work with a sense of urgency and he really knew his job. He found the problem and he took time to tell us and show us what was wrong. Very pleased with the work Bryant completed. I didn’t expect to have a whole house filter installed the same day as I started seeking a vendor to do the service. Deer Valley was Johnny-on-the-spot with communications and setting up an appointment. It was to be later in the day but Bryant surprised me and called to let me know he could come much earlier. He came. I bought. He had it professionally installed before the originally scheduled appointment. Totally professional and his work is something any homeowner would be proud to show off. I called Saturday afternoon with a major clog in my my main drain line. Max was there very quickly and spent whatever time he needed to make sure the clog was completely cleared. From the polite young lady that answered my call to Max the technician I was treated the way I treat others and that was refreshing.

Ethan was fantastic. He was very thorough in his work and took his time to make sure everything was checked. He took his time to explain each step of the process of clearing my drain, which I appreciated, and he gave me great advice for what I could do to try to keep my pipes clean.

Just had Deer Valley Plumbing out to replace a kitchen faucet. Ethan was courteous and quickly had the new valves and faucet installed. He then cleaned the area and removed the old materials.

Writing in because of the excellent service I received from Martin yesterday. I'm generally not one to leave reviews but felt it necessary to compliment his work and services he provided. Not only did he clear my shower drain, but after he left I went in and expected work he did and noticed he cleaned the tub and shower for me. As a single mother of 3 kids this was better than Christmas. Thank you Martin for your sweet thoughtfulness and services yesterday!
