I truly can’t say enough good things about Declare Wellness! I had been struggling with health issues that suddenly started at 30 yrs old. Amanda & Vicki are also both professional, friendly, and really make you feel welcome. Dr. Cohen & the team have helped me improve my health regarding my auto immune condition, thyroid disorder, and regulated my hormones.
