On June 9, 1973 the immortal Secretariat won the Belmont Stakes by 31 lengths and set a record pace that has not been matched since. During the race, the awe-struck announcer described Secretariat as a "tremendous machine." A fitting moniker for Sandy. From first contact until the turning over of the house keys, Sandy DeAngelis was a tremendous machine. She has assembled a first class group of fellow workers, who together ethically and with machine-like efficiency represent our interest in obtaining top dollar. My wife and I did our homework and selected the DeAngelis Realty Group among many agents available. They far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. On a far more personal note, each member of the team was extremely personable. Selling the most expensive item that one will most likely ever own is filled with tension and anxiety.
All of those concerns were immediately mollified after spending just 30 minutes with Sandy. She always immediately did what what said she was going to do. It was simply a pleasure working with such a professional, personable "machine." I do not give praise lightly. I am a retired attorney who practiced law for 44 years, during which time I represented several hundred state and federal licensed professionals and helped educate over 1,500 attorneys through the law school classes I taught.
