We had the pleasure of meeting Sandy and her team last Saturday at an open house in Flora Park. The residence was truly exquisite, offering a serene retreat amidst the vibrant activity of Orange County. Regrettably, the concrete street surface amplified ambient noise, which was noticeable at the front of the property. Nevertheless, Sandy's presentation of the home was exceptional. Her gracious demeanor and welcoming approach allowed us ample time to explore the property comfortably. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with the DeAngelis Realty Group over the summer, as they were the listing agents on the house we were purchasing (we were using our own agent). From first contact until the turning over of the house keys, Sandy DeAngelis was a tremendous machine. She has assembled a first class group of fellow workers, who together ethically and with machine-like efficiency represent our interest in obtaining top dollar. My wife and I did our homework and selected the DeAngelis Realty Group among many agents available. They far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. Sandy and Susan were excellent to work with during the process of selling my parent's home. Because I do not live in the area, it was especially helpful that they were able to arrange for needed repairs with service people that they knew and trusted to complete the work at a reasonable cost. I feel we were well represented and treated fairly throughout the sale process.

I used Sandy DeAngelis as my listing agent to sell my house in Floral Park in Autumn 2024. I have known Sandy since 1997, when she was the agent on the same house my husband and I purchased.
