I have no credit and no down payment, but with a few good references, and a reliable job, I was able to drive away with a car that I'm actually, extremely fond of!! 😀 My salesman was Matthew Hoffman, and made the experience, less stressful, and more enjoyable. Also, they have an interesting referral program, that seems to be enticing.

Our first experience with going to a car dealership was positive. The reason I did not select 5 stars was due to the car inspection we had on our 2011 Dodge Avenger. The right axle fluid level was WAY over filled as the Avengers take a specific dip stick. I would expect a dealership to have this knowledge. It should have been 30 and it was 100. Other than that the customer service was great!
