Ordered part for my Honda. OEM high quality part. It came slightly bent, their customer service was very quick to respond and wanting to make it right. After closer inspection, I believe it was bent by USPS during shipping, not sent that way. Insert to prevent bending was bent and outside of package had scuff marks at bend point. I was able to straighten the bend, use the part, and it worked out great.
