Had the part I could not get from my dealership & it was less money!

My experience with Dealer Sales Solutions was a pleasant transaction. The communication was almost instant when I emailed a question to them. The stock number they had for my 1986 F150 evidently superseded the original. I was pleased to find that when I received the resistor ballast that the original part number was stamped on the new part. A genuine Ford replacement part. The part arrived on time. I'm very happy with my purchase & the people who work at Dealer Sales Solutions are top notch professionals. Thanks to them my heater & AC blower now function on all speeds. If you need original factory parts give them a try.

Ordered part for my Honda. OEM high quality part. It came slightly bent, their customer service was very quick to respond and wanting to make it right. After closer inspection, I believe it was bent by USPS during shipping, not sent that way. Insert to prevent bending was bent and outside of package had scuff marks at bend point. I was able to straighten the bend, use the part, and it worked out great.
