Instead of replacing our wooden deck, sidewalk, and privacy fence that is at a minimum 28 years old, at a time when lumber is extremely high, we contacted DC Chatham Softwash to see if they would be able to help us out!

I have washed the siding of my home every year on my own, but I have NEVER been able to get it as clean as DC Chatham Softwash was able to. Especially my gutters! Not enough can be said, just a Fantastic job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. And to be honest I didn’t believe them at first, there was just so much that needed to be done. And at that quote Candace gave me I thought it was too good to be true.

From the quote, to the scheduling/timing and the quality of work. It was all just like she promised in our very first conversation. Like I said I didn’t believe they could transform the house like she said they could. But after the quote it was too good not to pass up and give it a try.
