Very pleased with the home inspection process with DBJ. After the inspectors (two) completed their physical inspection, I was emailed a detailed report within 3 hours. They also include a wind mitigation report which your property insurance company will want.

I never review but this family owned inspection company is so far beyond amazing I had to spread the word : ) they go above and beyond their required duties. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so... If quality and service is important to you then you need to call them today!

DBJ came highly recommended from our realtor. They are reliable, flexible, knowledgable, accessible and efficient. We received our report within hours of inspection completion. The report was technologically modern, comprehensive, thorough, and easy to understand. It was also comforting to know that one of the lead inspectors is also a GC. Would def use them in the future.

The team is very efficient, detail oriented and very friendly. Nice to see a 2 man team for the inspections. Makes things easy a seamless. I am off course a first time home buyer and they were so patient with my questions and had no problem sitting with me and going over things I had no idea about. The cost was very reasonable and I had my report same day in hand. Very pleased.

I recently had a home inspection, wind mitigation and termite inspection done by DBJ inspectors and they did a great job. I discussed some concerns before they started and they made sure to pay extra attention to those areas as far as go out of their way to show me their concerns. They took video and pictures of the defective areas and added comments that were Easy to view and understand.

What a great way to do business. I highly recommend them! The report was available same day, they were very professional, they took a video of one of the issues for proof, color photos, fast service, and they were flexible on scheduling an appointment. Definitely worth the money!

DBJ was quick and thorough. The online delivery reporting systen they use is verry user friendly and efficient.

Guys were absolutely awesome I wasn't able to be there for the home inspection however the level of detail and information recommended in there report shows how thorough these guys really went into my home inspection would suggest they to anyone. And not the mention I got a heck of a deal on the price, and all sorts of warrantys and such by doing my inspection thru them. Thanks DBJ

Very friendly, and very thorough!

The entire staff was courteous and helpful. It was super easy to schedule and they were able to work us in quickly. They delivered on everything they said they would and were polite and very thorough!

Inspector gave me a brief review of the inspection. Minor things needing attention and what to expect to take care of soon, but not needing immediate attention.

The home inspectors took their time to review and document every detail of the house with photos and notes. They were available for comments and concerns, they never made me feel uncomfortable to ask a question and were quick to check out anything I pointed out to them. They worked as a team and seemed to enjoy their job. Even though it was pouring rain outside, they braved the weather and inspected the outside, also considering the mud and wearing special shoe covers to keep the indoor floors clean. I would ultimately describe the inspectors and professional and thorough.
