These guys are on a different level with what they offer. As a realtor, it’s SO great seeing that they have a focus on pre-listing inspections. Their basic home inspections are extremely thorough, and while they have additional services they offer, they always come off as educators, not salesmen. It’s a breath of fresh air, honestly. They have great prices, but their services is unmatched. From the report quality and detail, to the speedy delivery and AMAZING inspectors (I LOVE you Chris!!), these guys beat out the local competition in every way possible. I’ll never use anyone else. Thanks guys!!!

Of all the homes I have purchased throughout the years, I can say without a doubt that DBJ is the very best when it comes to doing a complete and superior home inspection. When I received their report, there was no stone left unturned and was able to move forward with my purchase with absolute confidence feeling totally secure that I had full knowledge of exactly what I was purchasing. Brittany in the office got me on their schedule within just a couple days and communicated everything we needed ahead of the inspection. I feel like they inspected every inch of our new house, a 6/4 two stories, which gave us the confidence in moving forward with the purchase. They also got the report to us the same day and gave us good quality recommendations for other trades that we needed. Highly recommend DBJ if you are buying a new home for sure!
