The technician did a thorough job and this assisted me in knowing the true condition of the property and what needed to be addressed. In my opinion, based on the service received, I feel like it was it was honest, efficient and professional assessment.

Very professional. On time and thorough. Even went as far as coming back out to inspect to make sure certain repairs were done to standard. Also gave recommendations on whatever issues they maybe find. When they finished they immediately went over all of the information with us and we got the report in less than an hour. Great company.
