I have a new home and my one year warranty is nearing expiration. I was referred to DBJ by a neighbor. Chris came out and did my inspection. He did a great job and found about seven issues, two serious, that I can go back to my builder and have them address. I would have never caught these with my builder walk thru. The report was comprehensive and was emailed to me the same day. I highly recommend them, especially if your new home warranty is nearing expiration.
