D'BEST! Floorz

We rarely write reviews, but we had such a super great experience with Maria & Izzy and with our kitchen Designer Henry that we decided to post this. We got a branded product at a great price, and the customer focused experience we received from Maria & Izzy was just exceptional.
From the moment we entered D’Best! Floorz showroom and met Henry we were impressed. We were looking for water resistant laminate plank flooring but were not sure of exactly the best ones for our particular project. Henry asked insightful questions, made helpful suggestions, and just worked hard to help guide us to our purchase decision. He obviously knows a great deal about flooring products and used that knowledge to make sure that we were satisfied. Henry made us feel like very valued customers.
My kitchen looks amazing. Our kitchen remodeling plan wasn’t until later down the road, but we just couldn't resist the price offered and 3 years to pay at 0% interest rate!
He knew from the beginning that we planned to install the floor ourselves as a DIY stay at home project, so that our transaction would just be for the product only and not include installation. At no time did we feel any pressure from him toward a particular product or to close a sale quickly, really helping us make the right decision and the one we wanted, instead of what the store perhaps would have preferred. In fact, it took us several weeks to make up our minds, and Henry, Maria & Izzy were patient and always friendly and welcoming throughout the process.
We highly recommended D’Best! Floorz to family and friends, and will not hesitate to return for any future flooring and kitchen needs.
