Everything went completely right with this company. Amy was so friendly and made my appointment quickly. Jim showed up, looked at my drain and gave me my price. Someone had done grout work in the shower and let wash down the drain where it hardened. Jim worked relentlessly to fix it and saved me from having to cut my ceiling to replace the pipe. They are so professional and fairly priced!!
