I needed a gas line run for a dryer and had Tommy out for a quote - he explained what they were doing and a breakdown of the bill and was happy with his customer service and timeliness. Azeez was assigned to do the actual install and he came on time within the window and was very courteous. His work was top notch and was very well done. Walked me through everything he had done afterwards and tested everything to make sure it was perfect before he left. He even let us know when to expect louder noises as he was working. Overall very happy with our experience!

My pipes were clogged. I did everything I could think of to resolve issue myself. After a day of no success, I called Davis Plumbing around 6pm. Appointment was made for next day between 11-1. So when I received call at 10:15 saying worker was on the way, I was pleasantly surprised. I received a call when they arrived out front. Explained issue and was told upfront what they were gonna do and price. I expected worst case scenario, but very quickly I received a call saying to flush toilet 2x. I did and went about activities. I heard knock on my front door, opened it and was told they were done. So, they were extremely fast, thorough, nice and informative. They didn't try to say I would need major replacement or anything like that. I was dreading being told replacement would be needed in future since house and pipes were built in 1950s. But no, was told there were no issues, no cracks,...

The technician Jim was super nice and helpful. We were able to get a broken pipe fixed right away. Would definitely recommend and use again.
