Our home warranty sent our issue to Davis Plumbing and we couldn't be happier. At first, they weren't sure they could get to us that day, but after recognizing the emergency, they agreed, but let us know it might take a while since they had other jobs. We then received text alerts that they were on their way. Tommy and Kyle were efficient, quick and very neat in resolving the problem. They then took the time to explain the issue, options for preventing it and even gave us some feedback on a few other issues. We will definitely use them again.

From the first phone call Ron was genuine and helpful. His team came out promptly and were professional and very helpful. After a bad experience it was nice to know there are solid companies out there. I will change the 4 stars to 5 without question once the installation has been completed.

Heating system was malfunctioning on a cold winter day. They can out within an hour of calling them and replaced a faulty sensor at a VERY small price. These guys saved the day for us!

I normally ask for opinions regarding contractors but the recomendations I received were not getting back to me. One of my tennants was without heat so it was paramount I get the heater fixed ASAP. I started making calls but kept getting answering machines, who by the way never got back to me. Another company wanted $95.00 upfront charged to my credit card then $45.00 each half hour! I began to get worried because the afternoon was fast approaching and I didn't have a firm idea of where I stood with this particular heating system. Not only did the owner of Davis Heating answer the phone on the second ring but he was more concerned with what the problem was with my heater rather than how I was going to pay him. John (the owner) dispatched one of his technicians and within approximatley one hour I had a diagnoses and price. Being a realestate investor you count on prompt quality...

Very professional and courteous. I had a heating emergency and John responded within hours to my home. He went over the issues with my heating system and had a proposal to me within an hour. His price was very fair.

His team showed up the next day (before the crack of dawn...amazing) and had me up and running with a brand new high efficiency heating and air conditioning system by the end of the day. His team was extremely professional, neat, and informative.
