I called John to come out to give us an estimate to install ductwork and a central air conditioning unit. He showed up promptly and spent quite a bit of time explaining our options and how the install would go. He explained an alternative to us as well using mini split heat/air unit. We decided to go with the mini splits. We had 3 indoor units installed and the outside condenser. Dante and Ron were our installers and we couldn't be happier. The guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and worked hard from start to finish making sure we were happy with the placement of eveything along the way. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them💯 percent. Thanks to Davis for a job well done !!

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the situation of a leaking pipe in my home. I had purchased the house two days prior to the leak and Matt really made me feel at ease with his kind spirit and outgoing personality. I have been a long time customer of Davis Home Services. I love these guys because they are fair and do an excellent job, but most of all, I love them because they have saved my neck a couple of times. Like the time I came home and found my garage flooded, my husband was away on business, and it was already 10:30 PM. As it turns out it was my lucky day because someone was working late in the office, and kindly came over to my house to check out the flood, and do some quick temporary repairs until the next day. I have been their customer ever since. But there's more: on the coldest day of the year my downstairs heater died, and the temperature downstairs was 34F. I was really afraid the pipes were going to freeze and I would have serious damage to my home, but Dante came to my rescue with repairs until I could afford to replace the entire unit, which just happened recently....

I had just bought my first house and moved in when my A/C unit broke. It was an older unit and needed to be replaced. After talking with multiple companies, Davis Home Services was far and away the best option; between a reasonable price, dedicated and knowledgeable technicians, and quick availability, Davis was able to install my new, efficient Bryant system within the week and performed all services for the install in one day. John, the owner, was respectful, informative, and understanding when he came out to inspect our house and our needs for a new system. The Bryant system that we chose is top notch, performing quietly while giving us the efficiency and connectivity that we needed with today's energy prices and technology. I was looking for a local small business to do a heater certification required for a home certificate of occupancy. I glad it found and chose Davis plumbing and heating.   I was really surprised when I left a message on their web page and got a return phone call in minutes.  I was even more surprised when I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The next day Harry called 15 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was on his way and would be on time, which he was. Although my needs were not that much, he did a great job was clean, gave me some service tips and even tightied up my unit which he didn’t have to do. We also had some great conversation which I hope didn’t interfere with any other appointments.
