Two separate service technician visits to repair 1985 Kohler "Low Boy" toilet. installed new cutoff valve & hose, new tank flow & level adjustment mechanism, and new ball valve for flushing. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained the courses of action.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know that Davis Home Services Is the company that you should use when you need a plumber. I wanted a second opinion for a sewer line issue and saw the great reviews this company has so gave them a call. Both Ron and Tom were professional understanding and knowledgeable. I had what I thought to be a serious sewer line issue. Ron explained the best approach to diagnose and evaluate the problem and identify options. Tom came to my home and performed a camera inspection of the sewer line. He took the time to explain what was going on with my sewer line and he checked the entire line and not just where the problem was found. I had roots coming through a small hole in the line. They set a time frame, sent an instant confirmation both text and email, and exactly within the window of time, our technician texted us and was on the way.
