I reached out to Davis Home Services is because I had a slow draining kitchen sink. My technician was Jim; he was professional and very friendly. He was upfront with the cost/outcome and walked me through what he’d be doing. Which I really liked. Jim is a great asset to your team. My drain was successfully unclogged!!! I’d definitely use Davis Home Services again in the future for my plumbing needs (but hopefully I won’t have to), and refer you to friends/family for their needs as well. Cleared a clogged drain pipe

Plumber came out and asked what issues we were having and I let him know. Took the toilet off and examined everything. Diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Was very efficient and professional. Let me know his opinion/suggestions to avoid future issues. I really appreciate all they did! Will call again if we need more plumbing help!

Ian came in the time frame agreed upon, he listened to what we wanted to replace and fix and was able to fix the pipe temporarily till he was able to get a new utility sink and washer box so we could use the washer. He came the next day as promised to replace the above items. Ian was professional, responsive, and respectful.

Ian from Davis Plumbing did an excellent job locating and fixing a gas leak at my residence. Ian was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. After assessing the situation and consulting with the lead tech Tommy, on the best way to go about fixing the leak, Ian returned a few days later and fixed the leak in a competent and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company to all friends and family who need plumbing or any of the other services they provide. These guys are top notch professionals who know how to treat the customers and do great work!

When I came downstairs one morning before work, I noticed a water stain on
my kitchen ceiling underneath my upstairs shower. I have used Davis Home
Services several times before for my plumbing needs and I was glad that
when I called we were able to schedule an appointment within a very
reasonable time frame considering that everyone is having staffing issues
lately. Ian showed up as scheduled and was very friendly, professional, and
knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his inspection of the shower, pipes,
and drain, showing me exactly what he was testing for and why. He took the
time to explain what he was finding (both the good and the not so good),
made recommendations on what could be done to correct the issue, and he
made suggestions on other minor preventive maintenance that I could do
