This was the first time using this company. My three sinks backed up at my Salon. I googled plumbing, saw 19 years in business with a 5 star review and called. Someone answered the phone right away and gave me a window of when someone could come out. A hour later my sinks where fixed! They communicated the whole time I never worked with someone so efficient and professional!

I have a plumbing issue in my front yard from a draining pipe from the sump pump. I called Davis to fix it. They came out and tried to fix the problem. The supervisor named Tommy got involved since there is a hoke filled with water. They do not have a pump to drain the water. A plumber dies not have a pump, what. He then told me, they could not fix the issue since there was water there. This make no sense to me. A plumber should be able to fix an issue when a pipe breaks.

Also, before they said no, there was no communication with me. It was always me calling them.

We had a kitchen drain that apparently had 40 years worth of grease and goo clogging it. Wayne arrived on Sunday, after we had been without a functioning sink for two days. He spent several hours using all the equipment he had with him doing his level best to unclog it, without success. He apologized a lot, but it was clear he had done everything possible at that time. The next day, Ian arrived with a hot water pressure hose and spent several hours *successfully* unclogging the drain. He then ran a camera through the drain so we could check that there were no breaks. At every point in the process, both Wayne and Ian were excellent at explaining what they were doing and why. They answered all my questions and were professional and polite. I’m very pleased with both the process and the outcome.

Davis Plumbing exceeded every expectation. The scheduling process and communication was excellent before, during and after. The service tech, Jim DeLissi, is a true expert and professional. He inspected and identified that my water heater required replacement and provided guidance on next steps. At no point did I feel pressured. Jim offered to replace it immediately, after business hours! I declined and he returned on-time the next morning. Jim had no issues with me observing as I wanted to learn about the process and he expertly explained every step. The replacement was not simple as I upgraded to a larger heater and space was limited, so skill and creativity was required. I am confident that a less experienced and skilled technician would not have completed the job. Jim was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
