ENT Sinus & Hearing Care Center - Dr. Samadi

Dr. Samadi performed my daughter's surgery, promptly addressing all her issues. The recovery process was smooth, and at the follow-up appointment, he informed me that my daughters hearing had fully returned. I'm grateful for the attentive care provided by Dr. Samadi and his team.

Dr. Samadi is very thorough and knowledgeable, there are no complaints. You do need to be prepared to wait over an hour to see him though.

Everyone is super friendly and professional . Dr. Samadi is very profesional and answers your questions . The only thing is the time you have wait. Hopefully they can do something about the waiting time other than that is a great place !

We’ve been seeing Dr. Samadi for our oldest son since he was an infant. He’s now 13. We’ve had to go through over a dozen surgeries and procedures and Dr. Samadi has been with us every step of the way. There’s no one else better in the north-east region.

The doctor himself is highly professional, stuff is friendly and polite. Just the wait time … having a small kid and school and job - 1,5h long doctors visit seems unexpected and not too pleasant.

The experience at the office was very positive from initial ear exam through wax removal to hearing test and then a follow up appointment to reprogram my hearing aids. All staff were courteous and professional. The office manager Rachel was especially a delight to work with!!

I was recommend here after my daughter went to a different ENT doctor and that doctor told me nothing was wrong with my daughter ! I new instantly when I arrived here I was in the right place. Staff was great the lady doing the hearing test was amazing and come to find out my daughter needs surgery so she can stop getting back to back ear infections. Glad I came for a second opinion because now my daughter will feel much better and I know this is what is best for her

We have been a patient of Dr. Samidy for over 15 yrs. I have recommended Dr. Samidy to many people and they have all been pleased.

I did a lot of homework while looking for a new ENT and I was thinking twice because there were some bad reviews for Dr. Samadi. I can’t speak to those people’s experience, but I had a great experience. The place clean and newer, the staff was super nice, you don’t need to fill out a pile of forms because the staff goes over the questions on your intake interview, and the doctor was a nice person. The Doctor gave me his time, he wasn’t rushed, he asked quality questions, we had a great two way dialog, and he was a very pleasant and caring person.

The office staff are amazing and very helpful. Dr. Samadi is very thorough and really takes the time to listen to our concerns, very rare I feel like these days with other doctors I have had experience with. He has removed my son's adenoids, tonsils, and inserted tubes. Each time he was great with the follow ups. He also interacts with the patients themselves. My son is three and loves seeing him. Definitely feel like we are in good hands.

So pleased with the care I received here on 12/5/24. The atmosphere is completely professional and care was thorough. Dr. Samadi skillfully diagnosed my complaint and gave me detailed instructions regarding a range of prescribed medications . I plan to return annually and will recommend ENT Sinus and Hearing Center and Dr. Samadi to my friends.
