I've used Dad's before with great results. This was a pre-baby coming home for my son and daughter-in-law and included 2 rooms each 15x25, 13 stairs and landing, and part of a smaller 12x12 bedroom. It also included a sectional sofa. Middle carpet package and scotchguarding sofa. Altogether -$825 which I thought was high. We did have to clean the sides of several sofa cushions that didn't get cleaned with th spot remover that was left.
